Villa tanini is situated near by Reggello, in Florence’s province, 500 metres above sea level.

We are just at the limits of Chianti area, from where you can reach Arezzo, Florence and Siena, the most artistical cities of Tuscany in a very short time.

The Villa is composed of 4 flats made up from the restoration of an old cottage and it’s hay-loft. The flats are in the authentic rustic tuscan style with stony walls, cotto paviments and the roof with woodden beams.

Because of it's position, the villa will offer you peace, direct contact with the nature and a marvellous panorama towards the Pratomagno's mountains. It also offers you a swimming-pool of 14x7 metres large with deck-chairs and a nice garden surrounding the villa.

In the garden there are chairs and tables for you to relax in peace and tranquillity and complete privacy.

The town of Reggello will also let you to taste the precious Tuscan cuisine and wines, in the nicest restauraunts of area that will happily advice you.
